The play explores the history of the Irish who moved to Port Talbot during the Great Famine. Originally commissioned by BBC Radio Wales in 1974, this will be the first live performance of the play in 50 years.

The third collaboration will be with the community of Glyncorrwg to create a brand-new play following the life of Dr Sydney Fisher, born in Glyncorrwg, who, after witnessing the terrible coal mining illnesses of his patients, set about seeking compensation for many of his community who suffered with pneumoconiosis. The landmark ruling that followed changed the lives of so many men living in Wales.
