Elanor is a prolific Lighting Designer based in Wales, lighting productions for Theatre, Opera, Dance, Musicals and Children’s Theatre in all sizes of theatre and venues as well as site specific and found spaces. Her work has taken her throughout the U.K. and internationally including Ireland, Spain and Australia’s Sydney Opera House.
Before embarking on a freelance career, she worked as a full time lighting technician for Welsh National Opera, The Royal National Theatre and started her career at Leicester Haymarket.
She is a graduate of the Royal Welsh College of Music and Drama where she returns as a regular lecturer in Stage Lighting and Technical Theatre.

For Welsh National Opera- ‘Madam Butterfly’, Autumn 2021. ‘Rhondda Rips it Up’ nominated at the International Opera Awards 2019, world premier category and in the South Bank Sky Arts Awards 2019. Earlier Opera’s for WNO’s Max department – ‘Sweeny Todd’, ‘Rakes Progress’ and ‘The Real Princess’.
