Richard has long been a fan of Elves - he is probably West Wales number one fan - so the chance to play Arwel was a joy (even though his joke about being Elfish Preseli was cut). Richard has worked all over the UK in Theatre and TV and can sometimes be seen across European TV screens selling yoghurt or cars - that is a true story! He loved being part of the creative team for Cadi and Arwel’s world and had a great time working with Tonya (but don’t tell her, she’ll get big headed). Richard is truly grateful to Theatr na nÓg for allowing him a creative outlet during the oh so weird time that 2020 was. Diolch, and in the spirit of Cadi and Arwel - Be gentle to each other.
