This Christmas, join us for a magical journey with Norwegian sisters Embla and Little Tree who find themselves hiding from “trolls” in a little white church in the heart of Cardiff Docks during the Second World War…
This heartwarming family show will take you on a festive musical journey filled with folk songs and stories from Norway's snowy landscape during the magical season of Romjul - a time to slow down, enjoy the holidays and spend time with loved ones.
ROMJUL - A Norwegian Christmas in Wales is a new theatre co-production between the Norwegian Church Arts Centre & Theatr na nÓg, supported by The National Lottery Heritage Fund.
This is an English language performance that will last 45 minutes.
Tickets are £10 each and are available to purchase, either in person at the Norwegian Church Arts Centre or online via the links below.

How much does it cost?
- Pupils: £6 each (inc VAT)
- One free teacher for every ten pupils
- Additional adults: £6 each
- TAs for 1 to 1 support: Free
We have received funding from the National Lottery to heavily subsidise your visit. As part of this funding, we need to report back to our funders with feedback from participants.
To receive this subsidised cost, we ask for two things in return:
- Complete a simple feedback form after your visit
- Pay your invoice before your trip
Invoices will be issued 4 weeks after your booking and payment is strictly before your trip. Late payment will incur interest in line with HMRC guidance.
