Llinos trained at Royal Holloway University of London and Webber Douglas Academy of Dramatic Art.

TV & Film credits include: Hamlet (BKL Productions with Sir Ian McKellen), Wolf (Hartswood Films), Hinterland (Hinterland Films) Bwmp, Zanzibar, Emyn Roc a Rôl (S4C), Pobol y Cwm, Stepping Up, Torchwood and Not Getting Any (BBC).

Theatre credits include several productions with Theatr na nÓg (Associate Creative), Lighthouse Theatre (Associate Artist), National Theatre Wales, Vienna’s English Theatre, Wales Millennium Centre, Sherman Theatre, King’s Head Theatre on UK Tours, Hong Kong and South America. Llinos worked with Sir Ian McKellen on Hamlet & The Cherry Orchard at Theatre Royal, Windsor, directed by Sean Mathias. She played Mam in Sean’s plays A Prayer for Wings and Swansea Boy, having recently finished a run at Volcano Theatre. This summer Llinos played Gertrude in Hamlet at the Gatehouse Theatre, Stafford.

Llinos directed a one man show on the life of Alfred Russel Wallace and also The Butterfly Hunter for Theatr na nÓg and was assistant director to Geinor Styles on Y Fenyw Mewn Du. She directed the new musical, Turning the Wheel and directed O Little Town of Aberystwyth for Lighthouse Theatre. Llinos is also a Singer and Harpist.
